Gull Lake Trail Steering Committee meetings, 2nd Thursday of each month, 4 pm, City Hall 

 


Parks & Recreation Department Intern

Salary:  $12/hour, up to 40 hours per week, up to 16 weeks

General Duties:  The City of Nisswa is seeking a Parks and Recreation Department Intern for a period of up to 16 weeks.  The position will work with the Parks and Recreation Director to complete tasks, lead programs and events, attend meeting and assist Director in all divisions within the Parks and Recreation Department while gaining a well-rounded experience through issued responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications: A declared Major or Minor with Parks and Recreation Management, Physical Education, Public Administration, or other related degree, with an approved educational institution.  Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint ,and Publisher, Social Media and strong verbal and written communication skills preferred.
